I honestly did not think these would work but after we have being using one of these plaques in or dental clinic, I can definitely say we have seen an uplift in new patients compared to the previous month, also our position on google seems to be about 2 or 3 positions higher. So yes these work. I got a plate and a card too and present them to every customer after the procedure is finished.
